Governmental Entity Legal Services

We serve as general counsel to a number of Southeast Texas governmental entities, emergency service districts, water districts, drainage districts, and hospital districts. Our role is to keep our boards on the right side of the Texas Constitution, the Open Meetings Act, statutes, and regulations, so they can spend their time on the work their constituents elected them to do.
